Kal Wahba, known as Kay to his friends, is a seasoned investor and executive leader with a proven

track record in transforming businesses.

​

At just 21, Kay entered the competitive consumer electronics industry and quickly became a partner at

his firm, driving its expansion throughout the New York Metropolitan area.

​

He later founded Vantage One Corporation, a pioneer in the wireless industry, securing distribution contracts with T-Mobile and Verizon Wireless. With a $25,000 seed investment, he grew the company

into oneof the largest national wholesale distributors.

 

Additionally, Kay runs a family office that owns and manages a real estate portfolio in both the

commercial and residential sectors in New York City and Miami.

This experience sharpened Kay’s strategic insight, enabling him to successfully acquire and sell

businesses across various industries, where he honed his ability to identify potential, value, and

growth opportunities.

Frustrated by the lack of practical business experience and ethical standards among many business

brokers, Kay saw an opportunity to offer superior service in the mergers and acquisitions sector.
